thank you very much, really appreciate it!
I can't get the MEP to read my phone. I've tried all 3 options that appear when I connect phone, including not doing anything, and I've tried pressing the 'read phone' button before and after I connect the phone. Any ideas?
EDIT: The error is 'unable to open blackberry phone'.
Apparently I can't edit that more than once?
Found an alternative route on Google.
Thanks for this!

Which lock is active?
I can get to the part where I have to type the NCK Code in.
It asks me to "Enter Network MEP code" - and it has exactly the same amount of digits in the field. I typed in the above code twice. The second time I pressed another number after the code and it told me the field was full, suggesting it's the right place to type the code (and that I typed it correctly).
So I can get to the place to type it in.

Which is active on your phone?
Ah, sorry. Only Network, like yours. The rest (SIM, Network Subset, Service Provider, Corporate) are disabled.
And thanks for doing all this!
