Hi Patrick,
The only option I get to add a number on startup is the SIM pin, if I add your code it gives an error.
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks,
Dylan

Hi,
Try this;
1. Insert an unauthorized Sim Card into your phone.
2. Turn on the phone and a "Enter subsidy Code" message will pop up, this is where you enter the "Unlock Code" that we sent you. Please note it may take up to 30 minutes for the "Enter subsidy Code" message to pop up.
3. Enter, it will say "code accepted" and your Motorola Droid Pro is Unlocked!

Hi Patrick,
I've powered off - on & left the phone for 2 hours twice without any reference to the "Enter Subsidy Code" showing up, do you have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Dylan.

Hi Patrick,
Sorted - You need to go to Settings - Wireless & networks - Mobile Networks - Network Mode... Then change the Preferred network mode from Global to GSM/UMTS.
After that it prompts you for the 8 digit unlock code!
Dylan.
