nokia 6303 classic, camera repair ?

Hi Patrick, i have a nokia 6303 that you unlocked for me early last year, but lately when i try to use the camera (which i dont do often) i keep getting a message telling me the camera is on standby, is this an expensive fix, or is the camera now useless.

Hi,

You should send it to Nokia (directly or via your network) as it should be still under warranty.

Thanks for the quick reply patrick, the phone is out of warrenty a couple of months now, so on that end i am out of luck, would it involve replacing the camera or would it be a software issue.

Hi,

This phone was Released May 2009 and all Nokia phones come with a two year warranty, so it can't be out of warranty yet.

Thanks for that info patrick, i had no idea, i took it for granted that a 12 month warranty applied, am contacting meteor on their forum now, worth seeing how it goes.
