Terms Of Service;
When you post your phone details here we will send you an invoice via PayPal to your forum email address. Once payment is received we will submit your unlocking code.
HTC unlocking codes are generated within 10 minutes. If for ANY reason the unlocking code we submit does not work you will have to bring/post the phone to our office so we can unlock it directly by cable. (Free return post within Ireland & UK).
You must only enter the unlocking code once.
Cost of service is €35 per code.
There are no discounts on this service.
If you are willing to pay and agree to these "Terms Of Service", please say so in your post or we will not process your unlock code.

We've tried 3 different databases over the last two days, each has said that your unlock code is "Not Found". If you want we can get you the unlocking code directly from the HTC database but this will cost you €45 (this includes your member discount). Your last payment has been refunded, if you want to go via the HTC database let me know.

Welcome to the forum.

There are two types of security on the HTC Desire "Old Type" (Pre May 2010) & "New Type" (May 2010 on-wards).

Cost of each service;

Old Type = €25
New Type = €35

If you purchased your HTC in May or after, it will probably have the newer type security.

Regarding your discount, you will receive a €5 discount of your first unlock with us.

Thanks for the reply Patrick, just more question, its same question what i asked in samsung unlocking section, if the phone is going to be unlocked using code, will it be locked again if i reset it to the factory default settings ? can the code you provide be used again to unlock it, and would the debranding be any help if what i mention above is a problem ?
