We do not provide unlocking codes for this phone unless it is locked to the Meteor network, if it is locked to Meteor and you require an unlocking code please see here (http://www.mobilephonesolutions.ie/forum/showthread.php?2201). We can unlock this phone by cable at our shop from any network, please see the Pricing & Discounts (http://www.mobilephonesolutions.ie/forum/showthread.php?32-Pricing-amp-Discounts) thread for cost and discount.

Yes if old security, if new security the unlock will cost €40 - €5 member discount = €35.
No.
Old security takes 2 minutes to unlock, new security take 2 to 10 working days.

You'll have to bring it into us to check, but as the version is 400.21.013 I'd say it's new type security.

The Nokia E63 with firmware 400.21.013 or higher is newer security (SL3), you may use the Nokia Unlocking Codes (Read first post "before posting") (http://www.mobilephonesolutions.ie/forum/showthread.php?2628-Nokia-Unlocking-Codes-(Read-first-post-quot-before-posting-quot-)) service, assuming it's locked to an Irish network.

So it's an Irish phone. The unlock will take 24 hours.
